This 5 000m exclusive office park is located and will be developed on a site within the De Beers Historic Precinct at Somerset West and will provide three free standing office buildings, designed to complement the existinghistoric buildings within the precinct, in accordance with the strict aesthetic architectural design parameters, set to maintain the uniqueness of the area.
Stratford Property Ventures have secured two developments in the Beach Road Precinct being a 8 500 m convenience centre to be anchored by Checkers as well as a new 100 bed private hospital. The hospital willeventually expand to a 200 bed facility.
A number of spin-off developments adjacent to the retail centre and hospital are also being planned. The total GLA to be developed in the Beach Road Precinct is in the region of 50 000 m.
